I first found yoga in high school at the local YMCA. After nearly 15 years of practicing (off and on in my free time), I rediscovered the healing power of yoga after a challenging year, and committed to a regular practice. Two years later, I decided it was time to dive deeper and accomplish my goal of getting a yoga teacher certification.
In 2020, I completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Steph Ball-Mitchell of Yoga and Ayurveda Center. Since the, I have pursued additional certifications in chair yoga, restorative yoga and yoga for mental health. I enjoy introducing people to yoga and helping them find emotional and mental relief from life’s everyday stresses.
I teach small group classes in person in Arizona and online. I'm currently in my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program with Steph Ball-Mitchell at Yoga and Ayurveda Center, and will complete it in April 2023.
