Meet Jennifer

I aim to introduce people to yoga and the healing powers it can have for emotional and mental relief from life’s everyday stresses. I’m passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone.

 

In 2020, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Steph Ball-Mitchell of Yoga and Ayurveda Center. I have also received additional certifications in chair yoga, restorative yoga and yoga for mental health.

I enjoy teaching gentle flow and restorative yoga classes. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety and stress as well as adapting and modifying yoga for chronic illnesses or special circumstances.
