No medical information will be given. This is an informative workshop on how yoga and breathing exercises can help improve mental and physical wellness during life after cancer, for patients, caregivers and loved ones.
You do not have to be a cancer survivor or regular yogi to participate in this workshop. It is all levels, with information and poses geared toward cancer survivors, but all are welcome!
